What to confirm before ordering

  • Flavonoid values by UV are common but non-specific. Ask for an HPLC marker profile if your label names vitexin.
  • Aerial parts can carry more microbial load than roots; review the microbiological specification.

Documentation

Released with every lot

  • Batch-specific certificate of analysis against the agreed specification
  • Technical data sheet with source, part, carrier, and storage
  • Safety data sheet in the 16-section format
  • Allergen and GMO statements signed for the batch
  • Origin and traceability record linking herb lot and manufacturing lot
  • Halal, Kosher, or organic certificates where the grade and facility are covered

Buyer questions

Practical answers

Which specification options are available for passionflower extract?

Flavonoids: 2% or 3.5% (UV); Plant part: Aerial parts; Extraction: Water–ethanol; Particle size: 80 mesh. Other ratios, marker ranges, carriers, and mesh sizes can be quoted as a custom grade after a feasibility review.

Which documents are supplied with the batch?

A batch-specific COA, technical data sheet, SDS, allergen and GMO statements, and an origin record. Third-party heavy-metal, pesticide, or microbiological reports can be arranged, as can Halal, Kosher, or organic certificates where the grade is covered.

What is the minimum order and lead time?

1 kg minimum, packed in a 1 kg foil pouch; bulk drums are available as quantities scale. 1–7 days after specification and order confirmation. Custom specifications take longer because analytical release is part of the run.

Can we test a sample before ordering?

Yes. Samples are typically 100–500 g and are dispatched with their own COA once the specification is agreed, usually within 3–5 business days. Keep half of the sample so you can compare it with the production lot.

Next step

Send the spec. We will confirm what is possible.

A competitor COA, a label claim, or a rough target is enough to start. We reply with a matched grade, documentation list, and indicative price.
