Private label & bulk packing
Bulk extract, packed for your channel.
Ingredient brands and distributors often need the extract in a pack that carries their identity, not a generic drum. We can pack against your artwork, keep the lot identity intact, and issue the documents for the packed lot.
Direct answer
We pack bulk botanical extracts into printed pouches, jars, cartons, or foodservice bags, usually from 1–25 kg per unit. Minimum order depends on the pack and the run, and is quoted after the pack brief. Label claims remain the buyer's responsibility; we review the technical content against the specification.
Pack size
1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, or 25 kg formats, or a retail pack size built around your serving and channel.
Pack format
Foil pouches, jars, cartons, or foodservice bags, with a food-grade liner and lot coding.
Artwork review
We check the label against the specification we can document: plant part, marker, carrier, allergens, and net quantity.
Lot documentation
Each pack keeps the same batch identity as the bulk lot, with a COA and TDS issued for the lot.
The process
Four steps, one lot identity.
Private label is a packing project, not a new extract. The grade, the specification, and the batch record stay the same; the pack, artwork, and lot coding change.
Specification and pack brief
Confirm the grade, pack size, artwork, and destination. We check that the label can be supported by the specification.
Artwork and compliance review
We flag mismatches between the label and the technical file. Claims remain the buyer's responsibility.
Packing and lot coding
Bulk material is packed under the same lot identity, with the agreed inner liner and lot code.
Release and dispatch
COA, TDS, and packing documents are issued against the packed lot and prepared for export.
What we need
A pack brief that can be quoted
- Extract and specification, or the product page you are working from
- Pack format and size, with a reference photo or dieline if available
- Artwork files and the label text you intend to use
- First order quantity and expected repeat volume
- Destination market and any retailer-specific requirements
Label responsibility
- We review technical statements against the specification we can document.
- We do not approve health claims, structure/function claims, or market compliance.
- The buyer remains responsible for the finished label and its regulatory review.
Next step
Need the pack, not the project?
If you already have artwork and a pack specification, send it with the extract and quantity. We will quote the packing step separately from the material.
