The company
Shaanxi Rainwood Biotech Co., Ltd. is a plant extract and botanical ingredient manufacturer based in Xi'an, Shaanxi. The company was founded in 2006 and supplies standardized extracts, ratio extracts, and plant-derived powders to supplement brands, contract manufacturers, food and beverage companies, and cosmetic formulators.
We are not a trading company relabeling other factories' drums. Extraction, concentration, drying, milling, blending, and packing are carried out under one quality system, which is why a specification can be discussed with the people who actually run the process.
The ingredient business sits alongside finished-product manufacturing in the same group. Herb sourcing with a paper trail
Raw material is purchased against a written specification with origin and pesticide history reviewed before release to production.
Extraction matched to chemistry
Water, ethanol, or a blend is selected for the marker. Temperature and vacuum are controlled during concentration to protect sensitive compounds.
Standardization, not wishful labeling
Lots are blended to the agreed marker range. If a lot cannot meet the range, it is not shipped as if it did.
Formats built for the next process
Spray-dried, granulated, micronized, or water-soluble grades are chosen for the customer's filling and mixing equipment.
Documents before deadlines
The COA, TDS, SDS, and declarations are prepared with the batch, not after the customer asks for them.
Export discipline
Food-grade liners, fiber drums, palletization, and destination-appropriate documents are planned with the order, not at the port.
