Tell us the extract. We will tell you what is possible.

The most useful first message names the botanical, the marker, the quantity, and the destination market. If you only have a competitor's COA, send that — it is enough to start a specification review.

Questions we answer every week

Can you match a specification from another supplier?

Yes. Send the current specification, COA, or a sample of the reference material. We will confirm whether the marker range, plant part, extraction solvent, carrier, and particle size can be matched, and quote against a written counter-specification.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Every catalog extract starts at 1 kg, packed in a 1 kg foil pouch with a food-grade liner. Bulk drums are available as quantities scale, including 25 kg fiber drums for larger orders. Custom extraction runs are quoted individually because the minimum is driven by the herb lot and the number of processing steps.

How do samples work?

Samples are typically 100–500 g, dispatched in 3–5 business days once the specification is agreed. The sample is accompanied by its COA so your team can test the same material that will ship at scale.

Which documents come with each shipment?

Every shipment includes a batch COA, technical data sheet, SDS, allergen and GMO statements, and an origin record. Halal, Kosher, organic, and additional third-party test reports are available where the grade and facility are covered.

Can you produce a custom ratio or a water-soluble grade?

Yes. We can adjust the extract ratio, standardize to a different marker range, change the carrier, granulate for flow, or mill to a finer mesh. Custom work begins with a feasibility review of the herb and the target specification.

Do you support private label packing?

We can pack bulk extracts into printed pouches, jars, or cartons for ingredient-brand and distributor programs. Label content and claims remain the buyer's responsibility, and we review artwork against the specification we can document.

Next step

Not ready to quote? Ask a technical question.

A COA line you do not trust, a specification that seems too cheap, or a grade that will not dissolve — those are useful questions too.
